Roti Update

So, I'm trying to make Roti.

so far, i made a bit of a mess kneading the flour. Now it's time to let it sit for a bit to let the yeast do it's thing...

Rolling them out into nice circles, I remember mom telling me that when she used to make this when she started out, they were in the shape of different countries. Her brothers would make fun of her "Trinidad-shaped" roti.

Yeah,I've got Africa, I had a PEI and I think I somehow made an Ontario. Oh well. First try, right?
