Barrie's a nice drive...

So, the dive got cancelled. I got to the site, waited, and then called home to check my messages.

Joe had called me to tell me not to bother, but I was on my way already.

oh well. it was a nice drive, and I'm home, chillin'.

...a few minutes before the day gets crazy



So, I tried to figure out Dreamweaver last night and I got frustrated, and went to bed. I have to figure out how to make the CSS (cascading Style Sheets) or a more simple template.

Ah, maybe tonight or this weekend. Who knows?

Jasse should be kickin' in to Pickering tonight, and hopefully we can go for a drink.

As well, it's the Chan-cousins night out on Saturday night. It'll be good to chill and spend time with the cousins that night.

But again, it's gonna be a wet and cold weekend. Dragon boat practice on Sunday morning, and Dive on Saturday.

I got my stuff out last night, and I'm getting excited.

Dive season's starting!

Tuesdays at 6:00...



Why? it seems that almost all my fun things seem to want to book at this time. Even events and things I want to go to, all happen to be on Tuesdays at (or close to) 6:00.

Man, does my world revolve around this time, or just that it seems that everything and everyone thinks this is a good time to have events?

oh well..

So, back at work. Yesterday was quite busy, but I'm trying to stay on top of this. I'm still considering a web-comic, but I'm not sure. I like doing the comics, and I may steal Chris' idea, and once in a while, do a stick person comic....but who knows...

I wonder if Chris will resurrect his web-comic? :)

My first dive is this weekend, which I'm looking forward to. As well, a night with my cousins on Saturday, but I'm not sure how Sunday will feel, as have a dragon boat practice at 8:00am, on the water.

it's shaping up to be a wet and cold weekend.... (for me!)

Happy Good Friday

Well, it's really like Good Friday. It's really nice out, as I went to get some groceries at the local 7-11 and the roads were empty.

Linda's over, and we had breakfast, doing some scanning of documents, and watching Harry Potter.

It's a really chill day, so it's nice to relax, and do pretty much nothing. Linda claims it seems that we sound quite boring on this blog, Let me assure you that it's all fun and games, someone almost lost an eye!

It's like Friday!

Tomorrow's actually Good Friday, so it's really kinda like Psudeo-Friday today.

And I get a 4 day weekend. Which is nice because Linda's coming home and we're gonna spend the whole weekend (hopefully) together.

It will be nice to relax, and just do nothing for the holiday. Dad's in Trinidad as we speak, so he's having fun. Well, at least he's relaxing so I'm glad.

Jasse took the week off, but apparently has been working at home for something. not to fun, as I can imagine.

So, I've read a few on-line comics, and see that they're kinda neat. I was thinkin' (as I always play around with ideas) of having one. I know Chris used to do the Stick-man comics on MS-paint. I wonder how much time and effort it would be to actually draw and scan in comics?

Maybe a project to look into this summer?

Again, my website is still awaiting for a make-over...

maybe they should have a show: Website makeovers! Where people with drab blogs and uninteresting websites can have a few web-designers to put some pizzaz and stuff into it? I wonder if that'll fly?

So, Jen read my blog and sent me the picture. Here is the Dr. Evil version of me.

What else is going on?

The weekend was ok. Friday night, I met Susan and JJ for drinks at a pickering pub, which was ok. I've never been to Shagwell's, but I don't think I'll go again. Well, that's a bit unfair to say, but I wasn't really impressed.

Saturday I spent the day with dad and we went to see Jasse. Yeah, it's been posted.

Sunday was dragon boat, groceries, laundry and going to Chris' for a game called ironclaw.

Pretty much that was it.

Good Bye, Sophia Ricci.

I just wanted to post this that Sophia Ricci, a colleage and a friend passed away on Friday morning. I went to the Viewing on Saturday night.

She helped me when i needed things, and was always there to listen when I needed to complain.

She was a lion, no doubt. I'll miss you.

Man, Cancer sucks.

Ah, it's Friday!

Man, I have to figure out how to not have the subject
be so big...

but it's a good way to tell if I'm blogging via email.

it's the fastest and easiest way for me to do this.

Linda's on her way to her placement, so I won't see
her for a week. She'll be up in Kearney, doing an
outdoor education placement.

I'll be here, chillin'. Dragon Boat on Sunday, and
taking dad to the airport on Tuesday, after another
dragon boat.

And tomorrow Dad and I are going to Waterloo to see Jasse

Blood Clot! Way ya' been?

Holy long time, batman...where did you end up?

It's a good thing I had my special bat-Shark repellent spray on my Bat-utility belt!

So, it's been quite the week, but not really. Dad came back from Florida, so he's quite happy. Linda and I looked at bikes for me on Saturday, and we chilled and saw Chris and Jacquie (on Saturday)

Last week, I went to a Raptors Game, which was pretty good. It was with work, so I couldn't really enjoy fully the game, but I had a blast anyway.

Jumping around with timelines, Linda and I went to see Jen and Steve Monday night, and look at the wedding pictures. I was telling Linda that it's a bit embarrassing how many pictures I made it in. I know I was in the wedding party, and I was the MC, but still, I somehow got into many of the shots.

"Oh, look, Jen and Steve...kissing....with Rawl behind them."

oh well. I'll see if Can get Jen to email me the fixed picture that the Photographer did of me...that's a postable pic!
