Stairs and Gravity are not your friends...
So, It was an interesting weekend, and it ended off great.
Linda and I went to Steve's cottage where fun ensued, it got a bit heavy, and then Brad decided to challenge gravity and a missing staircase.
Luckily he's ok, just some brusing (internal, really).
On Sunday, Linda, linda's friend Melissa and I went down to the CNE. Linda was a bit hesitant, but she came around. There were shopping deals galore! I couldn't believe how cheap clothes were.
We wandered and kicked home, and Linda and I ended the night with the end of Season 4 of Buffy.
Tonight, Buffy...Season 5.
Weird, weird weekend.

I'm home for a week...
Saturday was Baby bet's First Birthday. It was a lot of fun. Jasse, Heather, Angeli and Linda were here, so we had a nice little party.
Then, my dad's friend Randall and his friends came by and they finished the night off. By that point, I disappeared over to Linda's to watch Wedding Crashers (finally!). Not a bad movie. Not a great movie, but ok. The hype over it was too much. In my books, not quite like Home alone, but close to that vain.
Just for some background, I hated Home alone. I didn't laugh, nor did I find any part of that movie funny. Sometimes I feel like the only person in the world who dislikes what the rest of the world likes. Kinda like Chris...
Sunday Linda and I went to the "Taste of the Danforth". That was pretty good. I ate lots of chicken Souvlaki and walked up and down the Danforth. Well worth it.
Today, Just relaxing. I was going to try out a new gym, but I got caught up in talking to my dad, and to Mr. Andrew Taylor on the phone. Maybe I'll do some more buffy this aft. Who knows?
Just an update...

Nettin' in Campbellford...
So, I've been away with linda for a while.
Caribana was incredible. Must do it again next year. I think it's the greatest.
Got kinda sick at the end, but being in the heat would do that.
After, I went to LInda's cottage, and from there, Dave Haywood's cottage in Foxboro.
From there, Linda and I went camping in some pretty obscure places North of Kingston and that area. Very nice, but a bit off the beaten path.
Now, we're in Cambpellford, ready to spend the night at her cottage and relax.
More in a bit.
no hits on eBay...
oh well. Such is the business world, n'est pas?

Rawl's in Caribana this year!!!
Well, 98% sure I am. I should start off with that.
It's been a good summer so far. My week of doing not much has been quite successful. I helped Alex on Monday, and did some errands on Tuesday and Wednesday.
Today, I started a little project I have been talkin with my dad for a while now. We have decided to try selling our Hindu Pictures online, first through eBay. So, there are 4 new posts in Ebay. Let's see what will happen.
Linda's going to her cottage tonight, so I won't see her until like sunday. She wanted to take off so she's going now. I wanted to do some stuff at home, and do Caribana so I won't be getting there until either Sunday morn, or Saturday night (depending upon how I feel).
And August 12th will be the next Chan Summer Jam. Invite list is small, since it's so late in the game, but whoever can come, is welcome. Even you, dear readers, if you're up, drop me a line and come on by.
And For Sean: Careful with the 'Quebs' comments. I'm not sure how bad a term it is, but careful. I didn't coin the term. But it is pretty funny.

Whew! It's Pretty hot..
So, it's like 36-38 degrees outside. Apparently the Humidex is hitting like 48.
Damn, that's hot.
So, I helped Alex yesterday move home, and that was quite the move. Hot, and long. But the evening was nice, chillin' with his kids.
I think I'll be doing Caribana this weekend, but I'll find out for sure tonight.
I'm just trying to see what's going on with this week, and the weekend.
And I've been watchin' copious amounts of Buffy to beat the heat. Ah, the Vampire Slayer.
What's worrying me is that my screen on the iBook is blinking every so often..
hmm...
