Britney's Naughty? It's time for a new Look...
So, Apparently accouding to a survey done in the united states, Britney and Paris should wake up to a lump of coal in their stockings.
Hmm...
Again, everybody dumping on lil' ol Britney? I dont want to be that guy on You-Tube that went all crazy to say that we should leave Brit alone, but it's funny that she's still headline news.
Similar to what Michael Jackson seems to be doing. I read that he's thinking or is going to do a reunion tour with the Jackson 5, including Janet. Again, some people (ok, the people I work with) speculate that it's for money.
I think it's for a rebranding. Entertainers are a commoditity. If they can't sell, they don't make money. Ol' MJ seems to have been taken a hit in popularity due to the rumors and accusations (yes, I'm an MJ fan too...) because of his supposed lifestyle.
Again, if Weird Joe down the road did similar things, he may or may not make the local fish wrapper of a newspaper in your town, but since Micheal is a big name, we all go crazy over it.
Y'know, I'm just venting.
Did I just rebrand my self? A Britney and Micheal fan? Who else am I fan of?

Dad and being healthy...
So, today I had to pick my dad up from the hospital...
not a bad reason. He had his colonoscopy. He was feeling pretty good when Linda and I got him after work.
He took us out for dinner at KFC and I tried the Chicken Bowl. Y'know, it wasn't that bad, but if you know the ingredients,it's just not the most healthiest thing.
I tried to look up the nutritional value of the meal, but it's not been processed. Hmm...
is it pretty bad? Mashed potatoes, Gravy, Corn, popcorn chicken, and cheese...
The Colonel's Poutine, it seems to me.
But on a happier note, i did find a site that you can type in a recipe that you make, and it will calculate the
nutritional value. Pretty cool.
I've tried a few, and it's pretty cool.

A week and some things
So, in my podcast, I talk about the Marriage prep course that Linda and I had to take on the weekend.
IT was good. It was about relationships and other things that a couple would enjoy hearing. It's not all "Touchy Feely" but in fact, the opposite. Linda came out thinking the whole marriage thing is a big farce perpetrated to keep women down.
Maybe the romantic notion has been so elevated that we've forgotten the reason for the marriage in the first place...
Dunno.
What else is good? Rain and wind, and our Christmas lights are operational.
my complaint driving in today? Some Dummy was swerving in and out of lanes on the road, trying to get ahead. No signals, but just kinda the floating in between lanes to get the better faster lane.
At some points, this guy (yeah, i looked!) was straddling two lanes because he didn't know which one would be faster.
Well, at least it was a Tuesday morn...

I finally Won!!!
Good thing Denver won!
I finally won the weekly football pool at work.
Yeah, small wins.
But still, it's nice. I've been the only one who's not won yet.
Everything is coming up Rawlio!

We've got our Christmas lights!
Yeah, Linda and I put up the Christmas lights this past weekend.
Wow, we're either early or just dumb. Not sure.
Dad''s back this week, so I'll be happy to know my family is partly back in North America.

Keep on Truckin'
So, I'm going to continue podcasting and blogging. I saw on my feedburner site that I have 10 subscribers to my podcast. Y'know what? that's where we begin.
if it takes a while to build up my audience, so be it. Thank you for listening.
and my blog gets hits regularly, so I'm happy about that too.
And Brad Mike and his SO, Natalie came over last night. It was really cool to see them. Y'know those friends that you many not have talked to for a really long time, but when you do see each other, things pick right up from where you last left off? That was what it was like.
Neato.

Maybe a name change?
I was thinking about changing the name of my podcast from Rawlio's Worldcast to "From the 905 to the 401."
Not really sure. That name pooped in my head driving home today.
I'm quite happy with the "Rawlio's World," and then cannibalizing the name for the podcast, making it the worldast.
again, is it time for re-branding?

Small things...and a hurt shoulder.
Wow, At work we got a new photocopier. It's the super deluxe model that staples and hole punches!
I know, small things (but it's huge!!!). Why does that excite me? not sure.
hopefully it survives the year.
And, I got a Flu shot on Friday. My doctor made me get one, and now my shoulder hurts. I can't go to the gym because I want to work out my back and legs, but it hurts.
I looked it up on the internet, and people agree, "yeah, it' hurts!". darn.

I'm not sure about this.
I did have a Yahoo Photo account, which I had all of my pics.
It seems that Flickr took it over. so, I've got my photos on flickr.
I'm gonna put a link to my flickr account on the right so you can see them. I'm still organizing the pics, so please be patient.
Is this ok? I'm not sure, gimme sometime on it.

Traffic...and age.
So, living in the east end (of toronto), you have to put up with some weird things. There was an accident, and I was stuck in traffic for over an hour.
I was ok. I love my iPod, and I love listening to things, but I wish my bladder was larger.
I'm starting to feel older....peeing more often, getting cold when I used to be able to take things...
damn.

Daylight Savings...
Y'know, I actually switched quite well for this daylight savings time.
I'm usually the log that gets stuck on the old time for about a week or so.
I'm much better now.
But I've uploaded some new podcasts for your listening pleasure. However, I'm guessing that if you come to this site, you don't really want to listen o me, but more of the fact that you like to read what I type. Granted, it's probably more planned and neater as I don't make as many mistakes as I do with the podcast.
Again, I got the new Britney Album. I'm gonna hold what I said in the podcast. Blackout is Ok. Not great, nor was it fantastic but more ... just there.
